DISABLED in my area of LLANDUDNO

Today as my arm is in a complete cast, i went to town to shop. It is quite noticeable how people look right past you when you could do with an extra pair of hands. I am 64 and maybe as my totally grey hair is coloured, the people think i am not old enough to offer. So, although i feel old and lonely at the moment perhaps it is a question of not how old is old, it is when do you need help when you feel old?See More

Hello Anna

I thought I'd send you a quick message to draw your attention to a new topic I've just posted about as I think you'd have some good thoughts to share on the topic!

I'm looking to encourage us all to discuss local resources and community events, and your interest in the Doncaster 50plus organisation made me wonder if you'd have thoughts to share? Are there any local projects in Llandudno you'd like to tell people about? You can see my post and reply to it here.

Aside from that post - I'm actually coming to stay in the town this weekend for a little Easter break - are there any good pubs or restaurants you'd recommend? Hope you don't mind me asking!

we live in Clevedon Somerset, which on the Bristol channel we can look across to Cardiff and the walsh hills, we like holidaying Wales, we are in Llandudno later this year, I think it is to far to make a map.Mike.
