I imagine that when I was diagnosed with the mental health condition cyclothymia (rapid cycling bipolar) 5 years ago most people expected me to curl up and shrivel away. Hi friends - I was thrilled to be named one of this year's two Age UK Internet Champions at an award ceremony at the Royal Society, London, last week. The trophy (see my Facebook page) was presented by the wonderful and kind June Whitfield.
