DISABLED in my area of LLANDUDNO

Today as my arm is in a complete cast, i went to town to shop. It is quite noticeable how people look right past you when you could do with an extra pair of hands. I am 64 and maybe as my totally grey hair is coloured, the people think i am not old enough to offer. So, although i feel old and lonely at the moment perhaps it is a question of not how old is old, it is when do you need help when you feel old?

Hi Anna, how did you hurt your arm? It must be difficult going shopping with only one arm in use. How sad noone offered to help you. It is true thought, it is not so much the age of people but that when we need help 'cos we feel old.
