Hi everyone, myself and Madeline our Treasurer of Doncaster 50plus attended the event yesterday at the Houses of Parliament in the Churchill Room for the petition of an Older People's Minister.  I would like to say what a brilliant event we both enjoyed it so much and also got to meet other people as well,  The speakers were great.  I would like to say that Simon and Natalie were fantastic hosts and it was lovelly to meet them.  We took some good photo's and they will be going in our 50plus Newsletter when the next edtion come out.  Once again congratulations on a very  well organised event and that the work you are doing is brilliant. 

 

Doncaster 50plus will support you 100% for a Minister fo Older People.

It was an honour to be included to help hand in the petition on Monday. I want to thank everyone for a great time, David and i enjoyed the tour of parliment and the lunch and meeting people. Thankyou Natalie and everyone for your hard work to organise everthing.

We are so glad you could make the reception - the support of the Doncaster 50plus really helped us in our battle to achieve over 100,000 signatures on our Grey Pride petition. You guys are super stars, spreading the campaign message in your region and telling everyone you knew about Grey Pride, we can't thank you enough!
