Hello Barry

I hope you are well.

I thought I'd send you a quick message to draw your attention to a new topic I've just posted about community resources as I think you'd have some good thoughts to share on the topic!

I'm looking to encourage us all to discuss local resources and community events, and as quite an active member of your local community I was wonderng if there any local projects in your area you'd like to tell people about? You can see my post and reply to it here.

Thanks for the friend request Barry.  Yes, the S.O.P.H.I.E. campaign is important to me, and I think it's a good thing for older people to become aware of it. I am in awe at the lady who set up the Sophie Foundation...  Sylvia Lancaster.  Her bravery and courage in turning the death of her daughter into something positive is a huge inspiration for me.
